Return and Refund policy:

For tours of 1 day or less, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. For package tours, you can cancel the tour 4 days in advance and get a refund. In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision. You can inform us about your decision via the info@travelseelife.com e-mail address, our social media accounts and our WhatsApp support number. We will refund the fees for canceled reservations to you within 14 days upon your request. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, a reservation must meet the following conditions: For tours lasting 1 day or less, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. For package tours, you can cancel the tour 4 days in advance and get a refund.

The following products cannot be returned:
– We cannot refund if there are less than 4 days left until the reservation date for the package tour.
– We cannot make refunds on the day of reservation for 1-day and hourly tours.
Refunds cannot be made to customers who indicate that they made the wrong reservation without reading the necessary details about our tours on the tour pages.
